1. The Survizz "BOOT Düsseldorf" Giveaway
1.1 The promoter of this competition is Survizz
2. Eligibility
2.1 The competition is open to residents of Europe aged 18 years or over, except employees of Survizz, their close relatives, and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.
2.2 By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
3. Competition Period
The competition opens on the 17th of January and closes at 23:59 on the 25th of January. After this date, no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
4. How to Enter
4.1 There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
4.2 To enter, you must submit a valid email address via the official sign-up form on the Survizz landing page.
4.3 Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
5. The prize
5.1 The prize is one (1) Survizz SZ 230 L-LINE boat.
5.2 The prize is as stated, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prize is not transferable.
5.3 Survizz reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
5.4 Shipping of the prize to the winner is included in the price
6. Winner Selection and Notification
6.1 One (1) winner will be chosen at random by software, from all entries received and verified by Survizz within 2 working days of the closing date.
6.2 The winner will be notified by email within 4 days of the closing date.
6.3 If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
7. Data Protection and Publicity
7.1 By entering this competition, you agree that any personal information provided by you with your entry may be held and used only by the Promoter or its agents and suppliers to administer the competition.
7.2 Marketing Consent: By entering the competition, you agree to receive newsletters and marketing communications from Survizz. You can opt-out of these communications at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in the emails. Your data will not be shared with third parties for their marketing purposes.
7.3 The winner agrees to the use of their name in any publicity material announcing the results.
